Paperboy provides real-time inventory, courier, and freight data visibility across multiple locations. Their services include seamless same-day deliveries and global freight options.Paperboy also supports e-commerce businesses with fulfilment solutions to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across various industries.

PROBLEM

What we had to face

High order volume makes third-party providers inefficient. Couriers using unstructured WhatsApp communication cause unclear delivery context.  

GOAL

Increase operational efficiency by centralizing and streamlining communication, allowing for seamless information exchange and providing real-time actionable insights 

CHALLENGE

What we had to face

Designing a client-API solution that enables aggregation, centralization, and multivariate analysis of data across multiple countries to provide a comprehensive overview of the entire company. 

INTEGRATED WHATSAPP CHAT

WhatsApp is a very popular instant messaging app, but it wasn't designed to provide context, not to be a chat platform for the ops team. Information without context provided via random text messages is something that the ops teams have to handle on a daily basis. To optimize context switching, we embedded WhatsApp messaging into the platform's messaging system and created a funnel that narrows down the message depending on the options selected. Whenever a message is shown on the platform, it's categorized via order and thread.

HYBRID DRIVERS APP

When your fleet is a group of fast-paced individuals on motorbikes in the streets of Hong Kong, it is very hard to coordinate their locations and vehicle capacity solely via phone, email and word of mouth. Having multiple devices can be ineffective, but having your work app working in the separation is a dream come true. All Proof of deliveries, chat pictures, conversations and notifications are isolated, and drivers love it. It's an adoption strategy that worked wonders.

Utilizing XLS data import in logistics streamlines operations by allowing quick, efficient data transfer. It enhances accuracy, reduces manual entry errors, and facilitates real-time tracking and inventory management, leading to improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

INTERACTIVE TABLES

Interactive UI tables enable operations teams to efficiently filter data through customizable views, quick sorting, and dynamic search functionalities. This leads to faster data analysis and decision-making, enhancing overall operational productivity and responsiveness.
